Our Journey
Owning a home is almost everyone's dream. He puts his best effort and hard work to achieve it at the earliest. For many, home is the place of their choice after retirement; they do not mind investing a decent share of their hard-earned life savings to lead the rest of their life comfortably in their dream home.
However, due to the lack of knowledge on quality construction, many purchase property from unprofessional and unskilled builders available in the market. As a consequence, we see many unsatisfied customers in our society with their shattered dream due to poor life span, insufficient amenities, and unexpected maintenance on the property they bought.
While helping one of such disappointed client and understanding his hardship with one such unqualified builder, the founder of SUDHA'S, Ar. Sudhakar realized a serious gap in the market.
Since then, he helped many such clients with his consultation on architectural designs, plans & approvals, interior designs, and cost & value management under the subsidiary Sudhakar Architects.
He also built a strong network of professionals and experts as required by his day to day activities to test and analyze various pre-construction activities such as soil & material testing, structure analysis, area, and water survey to name a few.
Apart from the strength and functionality of a quality home, at SUDHA'S, we also understand that a home is an everlasting emotion and a precious achievement of its owner.
With a vision to build such strong, comfortable, and elegance homes as per the taste of the potential clients, SUDHA'S started its own venture of homes under the subsidiary of Karthikeya Constructions in Visakhapatnam.

Leadership
Ar. M. A. Sudhakar Naidu, Managing Director, and Principal Architect at SUDHA'S graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU), Hyderabad (erstwhile School of Planning and Architecture, JNTU, Masabtank, Hyderabad). He pursued MS. International Construction Management and Engineering (ICME), from the University of Leeds, England.
Ar. Sudhakar has also completed a PG Diploma in Environment and Sustainable Management, from GITAM Deemed to be University, Visakhapatnam, PG Diploma in Urban Planning and Development, IGNOU, New Delhi and an accredited Foundation and Advanced-1 course towards the qualification Professional in Value Management (PVM), Value Management Training Certification, Value for Europe, Paris.
With more than 14 years of industrial and teaching experience together, Ar. Sudhakar, spearheading the professional team that endows the highest level of a quality lifestyle.
